*Clinical Lead Nurse Requirements:*

* Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
* 2 years minimum experience as a Senior Nurse or Unit Lead Nurse
* Good clinical knowledge of nursing for elderly people.
* A caring and compassionate personality
* High level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
* Must be able to complete an enhanced DBS check or have a clear DBS on the update DBS service.
